How to Become a Genuine Eminence Speaker Dealer in the U.S.*

It is very easy to become a Genuine Eminence Speaker Dealer!

Step 1: Please download and complete a dealer application.

Please note: There is a $5,000 minimum requirement for your first order when purchasing products from the Eminence distribution line. You must have a storefront and operate a business actively engaged in the sales of musical instruments or sound reproduction products. All dealers must supply Eminence with shipping address and contact information, including email addresses.If you are an online retailer, you must stock the product. We will not drop ship online orders.

Step 2: All dealers must present a resale tax certificate (or business license) to remain on file with Eminence prior to order placement and presentation of pricing. Please email a PDF copy of the completed Dealer Application and a resale tax certificate or business license to info@eminence.com.

Step 3: We have a unilateral MAP policy that is strictly enforced. Please review the policy and penalties prior to order placement. Download our MAP policy here.

Step 4 (Optional): Credit terms are available up to net 30. Dealers will need to submit a credit application. Five trade references and at least one bank reference are necessary for credit review. Please include current email addresses for any references supplied. Eminence will not call credit references.

Notes
  • All orders will be shipped F.O.B. Eminence, Kentucky via the best method available to Eminence.
  • Eminence will accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover for payment.
  • Drop shipments are acceptable (except for E-tailers) but will be subject to an additional $20.00 charge.
  • Orders placed by 3:00 pm (EST) will ship the same day. 
  • Eminence dealers must maintain a $5,000 minimum annual order quantity. 

We encourage all orders to be submitted via Eminence.com. This is our 24/7 automated ordering system that allows you to see if items are in stock, pricing information, as well as your order history. Orders may also be placed via email from manufacturers representative or dealers and must include shipping address, purchase order number, and contact number.
